JUNIOR STAFF

Want to give back to camp and see the behind-the-scenes aspects, but cannot be on staff for various reasons? Junior Staffing gives campers the next opportunity to serve at Lake Beauty after completing the Leaders in Training (LIT) program. Our Junior Staff program is designed to help campers grow in their walk with Christ with others' help in the program, the mentorship of the LIT/JR. Staff Leaders, and shadowing and assisting summer staff. As a Junior Staff member, applicants will have the opportunity to serve in a support role for a week, whether cabin leading, programming departments, or operations/maintenance.
