Our Fall Women's Retreat is a great opportunity to get away with friends and family during one of Lake Beauty's most beautiful times of the year. During your stay, you will be encouraged and refreshed with chapel services, interesting seminars, outdoor activities, fun crafts, and even massages.

PARTICIPATION

Women's Retreat is open to adult and teen women, 9th grade and up. Infants under 6 months of age are also welcome to attend.

Our hope is that all who wish to attend women's retreat are able to do so. Infants under 6 months of age are also permitted to attend, with lodging in either the lower level of Loon Lodge or one of our Eagle Ridge Cabins at a first come first serve basis. Please note that Lake Beauty is unable to provide any childcare or baby supplies.

Linen sets are an option for those staying in Loon Lodge or Edlund Retreat Center for $15. Reserve during registration.
WHAT TO BRING
-
Bible, pen, comfortable seasonal clothing, boots, personal care items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc).

Guests provide their own bedding and towels. A sleeping bag & pillow work great - or you can bring sheets & blankets.

A limited number of linen sets are available in Loon or Edlund for $15 additional per person (includes full bedding, pillow, and towel set) and must be reserved in advance of the weekend.
FOOD OR LODGING NEEDS

Please communicate any food allergies or lodging needs when you register, or at least two weeks in advance.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, & TRANSFERS

​$50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to register (online or by phone). Balance due at check-in.

In case of cancellation, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. The registration is transferable if you are able to fill the space with a new guest for the same session. All other monies paid become non-refundable starting on the first day of the retreat.
MEET OUR SPEAKER
KIRSTEN KING
Kirsten B. King grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul. She holds a Masters of Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. She lives with her husband, Kenny, in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Kirsten serves as part of the pastoral team (with her husband Kenny) at Capital City Church in Saint Paul, MN. She is also the author and host of the Good Story Podcast. Kirsten is an active Bible teacher and speaker for various conferences, camps, churches, schools and events. She has a passion for God’s Word and the way it can transform lives in order to bring God glory.
In her spare time, Kirsten is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with her family, going out for lunch, reading, running, and shoes!

SILENT AUCTION

Join us for the Silent Auction beginning Friday afternoon and running through Saturday evening. Bring along a creative themed gift basket, canned goods, handcrafted or new items.

All Silent Auction proceeds help us continue redecorating camp rooms and building aesthetics.
UPPER BODY MASSAGE

Enjoy a half-hour upper body massage ($40).
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

Aerial Challenge Course, pontoon rides, and many trails/roads to enjoy the fall foliage
WORKSHOPS

On Saturday, we will have a variety of workshops provided ranging from spiritual formation to fun crafts.
