RETREAT INFORMATION
DETAILS

Arrival: Friday at 5:00 - 8:30 pm. First session at 8:30 pm.

No meal provided Friday evening - only a light snack​

Departure: Sunday at noon following brunch and closing session

DEPOSIT

$50 non-refundable deposit per couple is required to register. Please call the office: (320) 732-3218. Balance due at check-in.

MEALS

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Candlelight Dinner

WHAT TO BRING
-
Bible, pen, comfortable winter clothing, and winter boots.

Personal care items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc).

Swimsuit and towel for sauna/polar dip.

Bedding (sleeping bags or queen-size sheets, blankets, pillows) and towels - if staying in a cabin.

FOOD OR LODGING NEEDS

Please communicate any food allergies or lodging needs when you register, or at least two weeks in advance.

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, & TRANSFERS
-
In case of cancellation, the registration is transferable if you can fill the space with another couple for the same session. If not, the payment is refundable, less the required $50 deposit per couple, provided you notify LBBC by February 10, 2026.
ONSITE HOUSING
Edlund Retreat Center:

12 rooms with bathrooms/showers down the hall on the main and upper floors.

Each room includes a full-sized bed, individual room heat control, and adjacent access to Lakeview Dining Hall & Meeting Room.

Fireside & Sunrise Lounges are available on the main and lower levels. Fireside Lounge consists of gas fireplace.

Bedding and towel set provided.
Loon Lodge:
-
8 rooms with bathrooms/showers down the hall.

Each room includes two twin beds moved together.

The living room on the main floor overlooks Lake Beauty.

Bedding and towel set provided.
Eagle Ridge Cabins:

12 rustic, log-sided cabins, each with a heater.
-
New queen-size, bunk style bed helps provide a private, cozy getaway for the weekend.

Modern, heated bathrooms with showers are just a short walk from each cabin.

Guests provide their own towels.

Guests provide their own queen-size bedding. Be sure to bring that extra blanket and your favorite pillows.
