Deposit: A minimum $50 non-refundable deposit is required with each registration. Deposits are applied to the balance.
Balance Due: Balance due for all summer camps is June 1. Full payment is required for registrations received after June 1.
Cancellations & Refunds: For cancellations from Jan 1-June 1, 2021, all but your $50 deposit will be refunded to you. No refunds for cancellations after June 1. If a camper is unable to attend a session, he/she is allowed to transfer from one age-appropriate session to another within the same summer season. All monies paid will transfer to the new session; OR, if a camper is unable to attend a session, all monies paid may be transferred to a NEW camper who can take his or her place in that session. Except in the case of a doctor's order, no refund will be made for campers who leave before the end of a camp session. Rates are not pro-rated.
