Mission and Goals

Our Mission

The mission of Lake Beauty Covenant Bible Camp is to compliment the member churches in proclaiming Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, to introduce campers to Him, and to encourage them to grow in personal faith through creative and experiential Bible teaching, fellowship, recreation, and reflection.

Lake Beauty is an instrument of the Covenant Church’s vision for mission, and affirms the Christian faith as it is historically expressed by the Evangelical Covenant Church especially in regard to the centrality of the Word of God and the necessity of new life in Christ.

Our Goals

To keep Jesus Christ central in all that we are, all that we do, and all that we say.

To build each camp session around a central Biblical theme that emphasizes the receiving of Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord.

To create opportunities for campers to grow into full maturity in Christ.

To recognize that each camper is a creation of God and is worthy of receiving God’s love through people.

To nurture a cooperative spirit between the camp and member churches.

To provide a Christian setting for periods of recreation, retreat, and repose.
