LIT: Leaders in Training
(formerly Serf Camp)
Redesigned in 2009 as a two week program, Leaders in Training (formerly Serf Camp) 2012 will feature one week of service projects and leadership training, then a second week of shadowing a staff member. Debriefing the experience with the LIT Camp leaders follows. Prospective LIT Campers must complete a separate application and reference forms and be accepted into the program. No fees are due until after a camper is accepted.

Check-in is from 3 to 5 pm.
Camp concludes at 12:30 pm following lunch.
LIT Camp provides an opportunity to:
Develop your leadership potential
Examine your strengths, weaknesses, values and goals
Grow through an honest evaluation
Sharpen your perspectives through open discussion with peers
Experience a sense of accomplishment by participating in a challenging work experience with fellow participants
Prepare as future camp cabin leaders, summer staff, volunteers, and emerging leaders within the church, our communities, and the world
Understand that in following Christ’s model as servant leader, you will become His most effective ambassador (Matthew 20:27-28)
Costs
TBA per person (for 2 week session).
