1.  START HERE, by reading a letter to you from Lake Beauty Program Director, Christa Ebert.

2.  Complete the 2012 Online Application as soon as possible.  Don't forget to check out the Staff FAQ link!  You will find it in the lower right corner of the Staff Application login screen.  You will be able to go in and out of the staff application with the login and password you create on the first screen, as long as you click the "Save and Exit" button.  Please note that there are space limitations in many of the questions.  Going past those could result in your answer being deleted and not saved.  Once you click the red "Submit" button on the last screen, you will not be allowed to make changes.

***Please call Lake Beauty Bible Camp (Christa Ebert) if you have any trouble with the online application so we can help you.  We ask that you do NOT create additional login accounts if you somehow get "locked out".  Just call and we will work with you to get back in.

3.  We will send out reference forms to your references automatically.  Your references should include a spiritual reference, an employer reference, and a character reference.  Please choose references with an email address (required).

4.  Follow up with camp and with all of your references one week later to make sure all forms have come in and are in order.

5.  Interviews will be conducted primarily by the Program Director (Christa Ebert) either in person or over the phone.

6.  Hiring decisions will be made as soon as possible once all forms are in and interviews completed.  Applicants will be notified either way regarding their summer employment.
