Volunteer Forms
Christa or Judy will let you know if a Volunteer Form is needed for the position or project you are volunteering for here at Lake Beauty.  Please check with them FIRST before completing any of the applications below.

Volunteer Application (Standard Application - for most volunteer positions.  Includes permission for a criminal background check.)

Returning Volunteer Application (For those prospective volunteers who have completed a regular Volunteer Application or Summer Staff Application within the past 2 years).

Pastors & Ministry Staff Volunteer Application (for those currently on a church staff, paid or volunteer, who already have references and/or a criminal background check on file with their church or denomination headquarters).
