Online Registration Tips:
Family Camps and Family Getaways

Thank you for your selecting a Family Camp or Family Getaway weekend at Lake Beauty!  Here are a few simple instructions to help make Online Registration easier for you.  If at ANY time you need assistance, please call the Lake Beauty Office at (320) 732-3218 or (800) 732-1990.  We are here Monday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm and would be happy to guide you through the process.

1. If you came to a Family Camp or Getaway Weekend last summer, we likely created a User Name for you.  If you have that info from last year, you should be able to login and begin.  If not, please call the Lake Beauty office for your User Name & Password information BEFORE you begin to register.

2. Once you login, you will see the current list of family members (“attendees”) connected to your account.  Begin by registering these first, one at a time.  You will be able to add family members (“attendees”) later, before you get to the final payment screen.

3. For Family Camps & Getaways, we have created several Guest Types, based on age/grade:

    a.       1^st Adult

    b.      Additional Adult

    c.       Youth - Grade 4^th-8^th 

    d.      Child - Grade K-3^rd

    e.      Pre-K

4. Select ONE parent/adult to be “1^st Adult” and begin the registration process for that person.  The 1^st Adult will make the Registration Fee & Lodging choices for your family under their reservation, plus any of their own meal choices (Family Camps only).

5. All other family members 9^th grade thru adult will be an “Additional Adult” and will only be able to make meal choices (Family Camps only).   For Getaways, no additional choices will appear.

6. For children K-8^th grade, meal choices for Family Camps will also appear.  We know Pre-K children will accompany parents to meals; however meal choices will not appear for them, as they come at no charge.

7. Adding an Attendee:  Select the “Add Attendee” button on the screen.  Please provide the following required information – First & Last Name, Birthday, Gender, and Grade (adults please select “Graduate” for grade).  At the bottom of this screen, you should be able to check a “Family Camp” box which will take you to our current listing of Family Camps and Family Getaway weekends.  You may proceed to register a new attendee in the same way as those above.
