Julie is from White Bear Lake, MN and has served over the past 30 years in Children's, Youth and Women's Ministries, both teaching and writing curriculum in all three roles. She has also had the great privilege of speaking throughout the years to women in Minnesota an Wisconsin, and flew with a group of women from Eagle Brook Church to speak at Women's Conferences in the Ukraine.
Julie has always felt compelled to write, and three years ago she published a book titled Glimpses of God: Simple Yet Amazing Ways God Reveals Himself To Us. Also, she has a blog where she shares the stirrings in her heart and little rumbling thoughts in her head.
With her 2-year certification degree in Spiritual Direction/Formation, Julie meets with women in what she calls a circle of three ... her client, herself, and most importantly, the Savior, to encourage their ever-deepening relationship with Him. She is excited to meet the ladies who come to this year's Women's Retreat and share what God has been teaching her!
